
I have not made anything remotely interesting for dinner lately, so I decided to make these a little more exciting tonight.
I started off with a ciabatta roll dipped in olive oil (so I wouldn’t starve while cooking the rest of it) and then moved on to an entree of one battered cod and a side of raw carrots (why do I keep putting back the frozen corn at the grocery store?). I finished off with a whole sweet potato, cooked, buttered, and stuffed with brown sugar and cinnamon. Nom nom nom.
